Join us for our next Healthy Hopeful Communities meeting! Open to all nonprofit organizations, this group works together on resource access, community/neighborhood development and improvement, bringing healthcare services to residents, food insecurity, education and employment opportunities, transportation challenges, and a host of other projects. With diverse backgrounds, ideas, and expertise, the HHC is focused on healthy, hopeful, and sustainable change. This meeting will be at the Northeast Health and Wellness Center, located at 3748 Lincoln Blvd. in Oklahoma City.
