Holiday Foods: Happy, Not Hectic Lunch & Learn @ Metro Tech Health and Wellness Center
Location: 600 Springlake Drive in Oklahoma City
The Lynn Institute Foundation of Wellness program offers free lunch and learn events on a variety of topics to help improve your personal health and well-being. Each event is from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. where we will have a helpful discussion, as well as giveaways, drawings, and a healthy lunch.
Lunch is provided at no cost, but registration is required 48 hours prior to event. Attendees who have not registered or register late are free to attend, but lunch will not be provided.
