With the cost of groceries and other goods increasing, it’s more important than ever to have a household budget. Join us at our next Lunch and Learn where we will share tips and tricks to create and maintain a balanced budget for you and your family.
The Lynn Institute Foundation of Wellness program offers free lunch and learn events on a variety of topics to help improve your personal health and well-being. Each event is from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. where we will have a helpful discussion, as well as giveaways, drawings, and a healthy lunch.
Lunch is provided at no cost but registration is required.
