About Lunch & Learn
The Lynn Institute Foundation of Wellness program offers free lunch and learn events on a variety of topics to help improve personal health and well-being. Each event is from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. where we will have a helpful discussion, as well as giveaways, drawings, and a healthy lunch. Lunch is provided at no cost but registration is required one week prior to the event. Foundations of Wellness events are available for community members 18-80+. We look forward to seeing you there!
We offer events at three locations in the Oklahoma City metro:
Metro Tech Health & Wellness Center, located at 1600 Springlake Drive in Oklahoma City (monthly events)
Crossings Community Center, located at 10255 N. Pennsylvania Ave. in The Village (bi-monthly events)
Oklahoma City Community College’s Capitol Hill Center, Room 127, located at 325 SW 25th Street. in Oklahoma City (bi-monthly events in Spanish)
