The Lynn Institute invites you to a special Senior Wellness Day event designed to empower and educate aging adults on important health topics that matter most. Enjoy insightful discussions led by knowledgeable experts, explore informational booths, relax with a soothing chair massage, and engage in gentle stretching and movement exercises with a resistance band you can take home to continue your wellness journey. Coffee and a light snack will be served.

The Lynn Institute Senior Health Coffee Talks program is a welcoming and engaging initiative designed to empower seniors with essential health knowledge in a relaxed and social setting. Held every other month, the program offers free access to discussions on topics ranging from managing chronic conditions and healthy eating to staying active and maintaining mental wellness. Each session is hosted by Certified Exercise Physiologist Cathy Patterson who will share practical tips and answer participants’ questions in an informal, conversational atmosphere.
In addition to providing valuable health information, the program encourages community connection among seniors. Attendees can enjoy a warm cup of coffee while meeting others who share similar interests and challenges. The program aims to promote both physical and emotional well-being, ensuring seniors feel informed, supported, and part of a vibrant community. Whether you’re a senior citizen or a caregiver, the Senior Health Coffee Talks Program is the perfect opportunity to learn, share, and thrive.These classes are great for not only seniors, but caregivers of senior citizens as well.
